WORKING VISAS / KITAS

For Foreigners Who Wish to stay and Works – Valid for 1 year.

REQUIREMENTS 

COMPANY SPONSOR DATA TO PROCESS KITAS :

  • Company’s ACT
  • Company’s Locallity Letter
  • Company’s Tax Number (NPWP)
  • Business Licence Letter (SIUP)
  • Organizational structure
  • Of the employee contrax (for companies employing foreigner)
  • Copy of director’s Identity Card
  • Copy of the report to the labor department adapted by UU No. 17, 1981

 

FOREIGN APPLICANTS DATA FOR PROSES MAIN KITAS :

  • Copy of the foreigner’s passport.
  • CV + latest education  certificate.
  • Passport sized photographs with red backgrounds (4 x 6 = 21 pcs, 3 x 4 = 8 pcs, 2 x 3 = 6 pcs).

Exit Permit Only / EPO :

  • Copy of the KTP of an Indonesia Co – workers.
  • Authorization certificate by justice dep / court department.

Single Exit Re – entry Permit :

Valid for 3 months for 1x journey only

Multiple Exit Re – entry Permit

Applicable for in journey within 6 months.

Anytime leaving the country you must paying fiscal for multiple journey in airport.

FAMILY DATA FOR PROCESS KITAS :

  • Copy of the wife’s and children passport
  • Copy of the marriage certificate
  • Passport sized photographs ( 4 x 6 = 12 pcs, 3 x 4 = 4 pcs , 2 x 3 = 4 pcs )

 

RETIRED IN INDONESIA

REQUIREMENTS 

You must provide documents : before Processing

  • At least 55 year old or older.
  • Copy of passport which is valid for a minimum 18 months.
  • Proof of holding a pension letter or deposit / Bank Statement.
  • Curriculum Vitae / resume.
  • Any applicant whose spose wishes to a copy of marriage certificate for couple.
  • Photographs size 4 x 6 = 10 pcs, 3 x 4 = 4 pcs, 2 x 3 = 4 pcs ( Red Background )
  • Have no intention of working in Indonesia.
  • Be of good health and character.
